Cured and rustic oak. Finely sawn, freshly cut, durability class 1-2. Suitable for furniture, support beams, facade cladding, lumber, (exterior), garden houses, pergolas, carports and terrace coverings. Pre-drilling is recommended for nailing and screwing. Oak is easy to glue. Oak is excellent for stain treatment, smoking, lyeing, etc. Oak is traditionally one of the most commonly used hardwoods in the Netherlands. The reason for this is that it is a native wood species and occurs frequently in the Dutch forest. Oak is a type of wood which is generally light yellow in color.
