Delivery

Delivery of garden wood is free for Dutch delivery addresses for orders over €975.

We send your order with our own transport. You will not receive a track & trace code for this, but you will receive an indication by e-mail.

Transport: if your order is placed before 5:00 PM, we aim to deliver in the Netherlands within 5 working days.

For transport to Belgium, we aim to deliver within 5 working days.

For log cabins, we aim to deliver within 9 working days. (Impregnation takes +- 4 weeks).

If you are not at home, the wood will be left at your location.
You will be called an hour in advance for any instructions.

Pickup

Pick up yourself? That's possible!
Place your order online and come and pick up and select your products yourself.
Your order is therefore not ready for you. Although we keep the stock status online as well as possible, it is still possible that an item is sold out due to the enormous crowds. Of course, we will offer you an alternative if possible. Any price differences will be settled on the spot.

You do not need to make an appointment. We are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 and on Saturday from 8:00 to 16:00.

Trailer service

Nowadays we also have Pak 'n Bak trailers on our premises. Do you not have a trailer for transport or do you need a bit more space for transport? Then you can rent these trailers for a few hours or the whole day.
