You can easily and quickly order in our webshop. You place the desired item in your shopping cart by clicking on the button ‘In shopping cart’. After you have placed the desired item in the shopping cart, you proceed to the next step where you enter your details. We need this information to deliver your package to the address you want or to contact you if we have any questions. In this step you can also indicate whether you want the package to be delivered to a different delivery address than your home address. Finally, you indicate how you want to pay, accept the general terms and conditions and click on ‘Place order’.
If you agree, you will proceed to Mollie, our payment institution. When you have successfully completed your order, you will receive an e-mail from us with your order confirmation.
When you place an order, you can choose from the following payment options: iDEAL, Paypal, Credit card, Bancontact, Klarna and Bank transfer. Your payment is processed by the payment system Mollie. If you wish to pay afterwards, you can choose to pay via Klarna.
iDEAL is online payment via your own telebanking system at home. Participating banks in the iDEAL banking system are ABN AMRO, Fortis, ING, Rabobank, SNS Bank, ASN Bank, Knab, Regiobank, Triodos Bank and Van Lanschot. With iDEAL you pay in your trusted internet payment environment based on specific security methods of your own bank.
It is also possible for us to pay with your PayPal account. PayPal is safe: sellers or webshops never see your data. The convenience of PayPal is that you only need to log in with an email address. In addition, PayPal offers buyer protection as an additional service if the purchased item does not arrive or deviates significantly from the seller's description.
Payment by credit card is possible via a secure environment. This environment is supported by Mollie for safe and correct processing of your payment. You can choose to pay for your products with Mastercard or Visa. With a credit card, payments are always settled after the end of the month.
Bancontact is a payment system, known as Bancontact/Mister Cash until 2016, which is the Belgian market leader in electronic payments. In Belgium, customers of various banks pay via Bancontact. Consumers have a physical card, which is linked to a bank account. In our ordering system, both Dutch and Belgian customers can use Bancontact, provided they have a bank contact account.
Via Klarna we offer you the option to pay later. After placing your order, you have 14 days to complete the payment of your order. A surcharge of 1.5% will be charged.
