Returns / Cancellation

You have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. During this period, you can do what is reasonably necessary to assess the product.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, received the product.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you have 14 days after receipt to inform us that you wish to cancel the purchase. You can do this by returning the completed model form to us. After reporting your cancellation of the purchase, you have another 14 days to return the products to us. You can also return the goods within 14 days after receipt without prior notification.

Return conditions

Products can only be returned under the following conditions. The products;

• Are not custom-made for you; such as EPDM;
• Must be properly packaged;
• Must have attached labels if possible;
• Are unused and undamaged;
• Are (if possible) in the original packaging;

For decorative paving, make sure that you return the paving undamaged and scratch-free, use the original packaging if reasonably possible and use extra protection between the layers if necessary. It is not possible to return less than the minimum order quantity.

In the event of damage or an unstamped shipment, the costs will be charged. Unnecessary damage to the product will also be charged.

Check your order

Check incoming goods before you start placing. If damaged goods or incorrect goods have been delivered, you must report this before placing. A complaint submitted during or after processing the goods will not be resolved appropriately.

Returning products

You arrange the transport of your return shipment yourself. The costs you incur for returning the products to us are at your expense. You can find our address on the return form and below:

Return shipments are at your own risk. We recommend that you always ask for proof of shipment. Is it impossible for you to arrange transport yourself? Ask us about the possibilities and the costs for transport.

Consequences of returning

Returning the entire order

If you return your entire order, you will receive your purchase amount including delivery costs back from us. You will only receive the standard delivery costs back. The costs you have incurred for faster delivery will not be refunded. We will refund you as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days after receipt of your cancellation notice. This period also applies if you show us that you have returned your order to us.

Returning part of your order

If you return a product that causes the total order amount to fall below the threshold amount for free shipping, the shipping costs may be charged retroactively. Click here to view our delivery costs.

We will refund you as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days after receipt of your cancellation notice. We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
